PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is accepted by MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, PAYPAL, personal or certified check or money order. Safely submit your credit card using our Secure Server. To pay with PAYPAL send funds using email address val@valerieg.com. Mass. residents include 5% sales tax unless you have a Ma. resale tax number.
NOTE: Credit card will be billed under the name of Traditional Upholstery of Everett, MA, the name of our antique business.

RETURN POLICY: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will accept returns on merchandise providing you notify us by Email immediately upon receipt and forward the item to us within 48 hours. We will send the item to you using Priority Mail & request you do the same in returning it to us. Merchandise must be received in the same condition as it was sent out for a refund to be made. Refunds will be made after the returned item is received. Credit card refunds will be made by issuing a credit on the same card.
